Laptop ergonomics at a desk
Raise the screen. Keep wrists closer to level. Stop folding the neck toward the keys.
Most laptop work happens with the screen too low. A portable stand cannot fix a bad chair, but it can stop the daily chin tuck. MOFT Invisible and Airflow stands lift 11.6–15.6 inch laptops to 15° or 25°.
A simple setup
- Screen closer to eye line — stand first.
- If you type for hours, add an external keyboard when you can.
- If the chassis is hot, pick Airflow over Invisible.
- If you stand at a counter, pick the Sit-Stand desk, not a lid stand.
